Enhancements

1.  Conference Bridge Feature (Incident Management)

We have introduced a new Conference Bridge capability within Incident Management to support faster collaboration during security incidents.

New Admin Role for Incident Management Module

A new Admin role has been added to Incident Management.

Only users with this Admin role can:

• Create conference bridges
• Edit conference bridges

Non-admin users cannot see or access “Create Conference Bridge” options.

Create Conference Bridge

Admins can now create conference bridges in two ways:

From the Dashboard

a. A new Create Conference Bridge button is located next to Create Incident.

When Creating a New Incident

b. A new section of Add Conference Bridge appears at the bottom of the Create Incident form.

Required Fields to Create a Conference Bridge

When creating a bridge (from dashboard or incident form), Admins must provide:

• Conference bridge meeting link/URL
• Conference date & time
• Participants (email or phone number; freeform field with autocomplete)

Automated Notifications

Upon creation, the system sends email or SMS notifications to all participants.

When editing:

1. If meeting link or date/time changes → all participants are re-notified.
2. If only new participants are added → only those new participants receive notifications.

Incident Management: Conference Bridge Log

A new Conference Bridge Log tab appears beside the Incident Log.

• Shows all conference bridges scheduled within the last hour based on current time.
• Older bridges automatically drop out of the log.

Incident Management Timeline Integration

Creating a conference bridge automatically adds an entry to the incident timeline.

Adding/inviting participants also creates timeline entries.

2. Risk and Compliance: Compliance-based Risk Register

New Option to "Create Task"

Users of the Risk and Compliance module will now see a 'Create Task' button at the top left in the 'Compliance-based Risks' within the Risk Register.
